Josh runs our commercial division and will handle your account directly, from the first walkthrough through recurring service. He spent 20 years in real estate buying, selling, and managing multi-family and commercial property, so he reads a building the way you do and scopes work against what it actually needs. He also serves as president of the Lake Forest Volunteer Fire Department, which shapes how we approach fire-safe maintenance and insurance documentation.
