Brandon founded the company in 2014 and spent its first five years in the field, personally completing thousands of jobs across the East Bay. He developed our soft washing method and wrote the standard operating procedures every crew still trains on, which is why a job at your property in Oakland runs the same way as one in San Ramon. He stays directly involved in how commercial accounts are scoped and delivered.

Josh runs our commercial division and handles your account directly, from the first walkthrough through recurring service. Twenty years in real estate means he reads a building the way you do and scopes work against what it actually needs. He also serves as president of the Lake Forest Volunteer Fire Department, which shapes how we approach fire-safe maintenance and insurance documentation.

He is the reason a multi-site contract lands on time and to spec, and the person who holds the standard on every job before it closes.
