The property mgmt had maintenance clean it but they could not completely remove this gross sticky stain and stench. I asked if they can get it professionally pressure washed but they would not. So I called around trying to find a reasonable price to get it done myself and Brandon from PPPM responded by wanting to ‘pay it forward’ from an experience he had that day where someone helped him…God bless him! He offered to have a tech come out to take care of my garage problem. One of his manager’s, Ray scheduled it and sent Tyler to clean my garage. Tyler was able to remove the stain and stench completely and also tidied up the rest of my garage floor. Tyler was very pleasant and did an amazing job. I am truly grateful to Brandon, Ray and Tyler.
